Renu Healthcare accepts most major PPO insurance plans, including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, GEHA, Highmark, TRICARE, UMR, and Optum Behavioral Health. Medicaid and Medicare are not accepted.
To verify your insurance at Renu Healthcare, you can call the admissions line at (714) 627-4085 or complete the online insurance verification form. A member of the admissions team will contact your insurer directly and provide a clear summary of your benefits, including any deductibles or out-of-pocket costs.
Insurance verification at Renu Healthcare typically takes a few hours. In urgent cases, the admissions team can often expedite the process to support same-day admission.
Your treatment is protected under HIPAA privacy laws. Renu Healthcare will not share your medical information with your employer. Insurance explanations of benefits (EOBs) may be sent to the policyholder’s address, which is worth considering if your plan is held in a spouse’s or parent’s name.
PPO insurance plans typically cover medical detox, residential treatment, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and individual therapy. The percentage covered depends on whether the facility is in-network or out-of-network and the specifics of your plan.
